I Brought Myself Back to Life
Over 12 years ago, at age 40, I was diagnosed with Hashimotos hypothroidism, put on hormone replacement and told that I would be on them for the rest of my life; that I needed them to survive.
The hormone therapy corrected my numbers, but didn't address my fatigue, depression, weight maintenance, sensitivity to cold, swelling, weakness, dry skin, or overall ennui.
I was sick and tired; feeling hopeless and helpless.
The thought of being dependent on a pill everyday for the rest of my life was unacceptable to me, and spurred me to action. I decided the had to be another way.
I Took My Power Back
I was told by doctor after doctor that I could treat, but not eliminate Hashimotos. I knew there had to be a way. If my cut finger can spontaneously repair itself, I know my body has the capacity to heal anything. But how do I access this power?
In 2016, my path aligned with Dr Robert Morse, a practitioner in Florida who teaches healing through the use of fruit and herbs. That resonated so much with me and I dove in. I followed the protocol for a year and a half, with some struggles and resistance at times. I am now free of meds, my symptoms are gone, and I understand my power. I learned how to access my inner healer, to listen to her and to trust her.

I have been on a maintenance diet of raw fruit and veggies with occasionally some cooked whole food plant based meals for the last 2 years. I have been called back to go even deeper. I developed this program during a 40 day all juice Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual Detox. It has been profound. I emerge anew and I am here to help guide you through your own process.

I also juice fruits and vegetables daily, and go on frequent juice cleanses because of her introducing me to, and guiding me through them. I was a healthy eater before meeting Stacey, but she helped me to expand my perception of options, being a beginner vegan.
